Send Approved Books to Loved Ones in Missouri Facilities

Sending a book is one of the simplest ways to stay close when someone is incarcerated. A good book can pass time, support learning, and remind them they are not forgotten.

Missouri Corrections Bookstore helps families order new, facility-friendly paperbacks and ship them the right way. We focus on titles that typically meet Missouri jail and prison rules: new books only, paperback only, and content that can pass mailroom review.

Before you order, check the facility. Some locations accept vendor shipments. Missouri state prisons may require the person inside to order through the facility after funds are added to their account. A quick call to the mailroom can save a rejected package.
